I love working on my personal shoots for the ability to learn and the sense freedom they provide. You can fail as many times as you want without pressure of delivering top quality content to your client. On the other hand though, when you are working with a fascinating model like Ksenia, the last thing you want to do is fail. I'm still obsessed with pushing film, not only to feel more comfortable in low light conditions, but also for the experimental purposes. On this session I was shooting 35mm Portra 400 through Canon A1 and Kodak Tri-X 400 through Pentax 645n (both pushed 1 stop in development). All dev&scan works by Canadian Film Lab.
