It's not only girls that I photograph for my personal works – sometimes I collaborate with guys as well. I don't do it very often, but having a guy in the front of a camera is something that definitely drags me out of my comfort zone. Doing things you are not quite get used to is the best way to grow as a creative, so that's probably the buggiest reason why I love photographing male models. It’s not about muscles and tough looks – storytelling aspect always takes the priority. I try not to over-direct, maybe just suggest something every now and then, letting their personality shine through. And just like with girls, connection with your subject goes a long way.
